I had identical situation, but after restarting progress to 0 and share a screenshot, NK support unbanned me for real. Sometimes cheaters gonna try surprise us to make us banned. Then case should be explained and you should be unbanned, but make sure your screenshot will display also active other processes on start menu just for double check, but it's just optional if other things on your profile wasn't hacked. If that person hacked your lives and coins in game by Cheat Engine example, it's better to do a screenshot and share with NK support in the next message to proof that you're innocent and you didn't tried to cheat in multiplayer, but that second person with which you play, did.

There's another reason why you would be banned and flagged as hacker: Sometimes in rare coincidence you can meet somebody who can be a hacker.

If you cannot play on CO-OP with friend because your or his ID profile could be banned, just contact with NK support to get your anwser. There's no reason to fight with each others. If they said your ID isn't banned, that means one of your friends used cheats and he's limited from playing in CO-OP.

Please contact with them, send yours ID from the game in mail message and wait on respond. Or you cheated in game like: Infinite Coins in game or hacked knowledge points, hacked monkey money or using hacks to glitch insta monkeys on more.
